- Open the Conversations section.
- The list of all conversations will open.
- Find the conversation you want to view and click on it.
- A new page will open on the DATA tab. The tab consists of four sections: General, Info, Uploaded Files and Collected Data.
- The General section shows the conversation assignee. To change an assignee, click the corresponding field and select a user from the drop-down list.
- A new page will open on the DATA tab. The tab consists of three sections: Info, Uploaded Files and Collected Data.
- The Info section displays general information about the conversation:
- IP (the respondent's IP address);
- Location (the place from where the bot's URL was opened);
- Last Activity (the time when the bot was last active);
- Duration (if the status of the conversation is Completed, this row will display the duration of the conversation from the start to the respondent's last answer. If the status is Interrupted, the duration will display the time from conversation start up to the moment when the bot was unpublished. The In Process and Operator statuses display the duration up to the current moment). - The Uploaded Files section contains the files uploaded to the conversation by the respondent. The bot's question, file name, and file size are also displayed to make working with the conversation more convenient (Bot Message, File and Size fields).
- To download all the files uploaded by the respondent, click on the ⋮ icon in the top right corner of the Uploaded Files section and select Download All. The files will be downloaded as a ZIP archive.
- You can also download individual files uploaded by the respondent. To do that click on the file's name and the file will be downloaded automatically.
- The Collect Data section contains all the data received from the respondent as answers to the bot's questions (Data and Bot Message sections).
Note: the system lets you view other dialogs by selecting them in the left sidebar.
